Dearest Vicki and Nick! I was so sad to hear the news when I received the call from you, Vicki about your dad. I remember the first time I met your parents when they lived across the hall from my friend, Tammy. The smiles I received from both of them when they found out I was Greek. They were thrilled to meet me. "so nice to speak to someone who is Greek" It seems like yesterday. From then on it led our parents meeting each other, they became friends, which led to frequent visits and to you being Stefanie's nouna. So much time has passed and I was so honoured to be part of your dad's 80th Birthday celebration last year. Koumbaro will sadly missed and your mom now has him finally at home. May all the wonderful memories of your dad help you through your saddest times. May his memory be eternal.
