Obituary of Constantinos (Gus) Vardas

At Meadow Park Nursing Home on Wednesday, July 23, 2008, Constantinos (Gus) Vardas of London and formerly of Nemea Korinthias in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Sophia (Litsios) Vardas. Dear father of George and his wife Angela Vardas of Edmonton, Alberta, Niki and her husband Spiros Vilos and Theodore and his wife Vivi Vardas all of London. Loved by 6 grandchildren Koula, Lefteris, Sophie and her husband Chris Neil, Gus, Sophia and Mary and one great grandson Nicholas. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.) on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service from Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Road W. on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at 10 a.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating.
