At London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Thursday December 2, 2004 Charlotte Louise (Pawlak) Hackett of London in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Kenneth G. Hackett. Dear mother of John & his wife Barbara Hackett of Milton, Jim & his wife Judy Hackett of Terrace Bay, Phillip & his wife Brenda Hackett of Ingersoll and Alan Hackett of London. Loved by 4 grandchildren Breanne & Brian of Calgary, Heather & her husband Jesse of Milton and Dianne of Toronto and 3 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Ernest Pawlak of Wallaceburg and Margaret Reaume of Chatham and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.) on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday, December 6, 2004 at 2 p.m. with Mr. Alan Toms officiating.
