Obituary of Mary Evelyn Murphy (nee Walker)

Suddenly, on April 23, 2019, Mary Evelyn Murphy passed away at Chelsey Park, having recently celebrated her 97th birthday. She was predeceased by her husband Michael P. Murphy in 1991. Aunt Mary will be lovingly remembered by Ruth, Jean, James, Lenore, Stephanie, Connie, Pegi and George and many great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Hance & Dora Walker, and was the last surviving of her siblings, Verda, John, Annie, Hance, Margaret, Sylvia, George, and Donald. Friends and family will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road, London, Ontario (1 block east of Egerton), on Tuesday, April 30th, 2019 from 11a.m.-12 p.m. Celebration of Mary’s life will follow in the Evans Chapel at 12:00 p.m. Burial Grove Cemetery, London, Ontario.
