Obituary of Opal Millicent Armstrong
Armstrong, Opal Millicent – Entered into rest on Saturday, October 25, 2014 in her 104th year.
Beloved wife of the late Harold S.J. Armstrong. Daughter of the late George and Ethel Smith. Predeceased by two sisters and three brothers, she will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Loving mother of Kenneth P. Armstrong and the late Barbara Christie, and mother-in-law of the late Bill Christie and Donna Armstrong. Dearly loved and will be missed by her five grandchildren and their families, 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
She touched all our lives with her energy, love of life and her youthful spirit. To her, age was just a number, not a state of mind.
Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Funeral service will follow in the chapel at 11:00 am. Interment Woodland Cemetery.

A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Opal Armstrong.
