Suddenly, at his residence, on Saturday, July 12th, 2014, Khôi T.S. Pham, of London, in his 21st year. Beloved son of Tracy Pham, of London. Dear brother of Matt and Tai, both of London. Loving poppa Terry and the late Nanna Pat. Dear uncle Scott (Paula) and their children Mason, Roman and Emma. Khôi was passionate about basketball and over the years had many teammates, friends and K.
