Suddenly at her residence on Wednesday, May 18th, 2011, Patricia Pacheco-Hernandez. Patricia will be dearly missed by all her family in Canada and Colombia. Funeral service will be held at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior.
