Obituary of Lorraine Flora Yardy (née Davies)

After a courageous battle with cancer, Lorraine Yardy (née Davies) put down her paint brush for the final time at Parkwood Institute, on Sunday, March 3, 2019, at the age of 73. Lorraine leaves behind her husband of 54 years, Tom, her sons Al and Rick (Tammie). Grandma will be deeply missed by her grandkids Rick, Kyle, Lauryn, and Tyler. Lorraine had many extended family members she leaves behind. She was predeceased by her parents Alice (1986) and Lawrence (1962) Davies. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road, London, Ontario (1 block east of Egerton), on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. with an informal tribute being held in the Evans Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Those who wish to make memorial donations in Lorraine’s name are asked to consider the London Public Library or the London Regional Cancer Program.
