Obituary of Dimitrios (Jim) Tsionis
Peacefully, at L.H.S.C. University Hospital with his family by his side on Thursday, August 25, 2016, Dimitrios (Jim) Tsionis of London in his 84th year.
Beloved husband of Vasiliki Tsionis. Dear father of Pat & her husband George Giannakopoulos of Woodstock, Effie & her husband Bob Syrakos of Woodstock, Kathy & her husband Peter Skentzos of London and Gina & her husband John Kyriakopoulos of Tillsonburg. Loved by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Len Tsionis, Helen Tzavellas and Maria Catsamoundis all of London and Athanasia Manolopoulos of Greece.
Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.) on Sunday from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W., on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 1 p.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Prayers will be held in the chapel Sunday evening at 8 p.m.

A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Dimitrios Tsionis.
