Obituary of Gerald Smith

Peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in London, on Tuesday February 4th, 2014, Gerald Smith passed away in his 61st year. He will be sadly missed by his mother Elizabeth (Betty) Smith, his children Tyler Pardine of London, Beverly Campbell of St. Thomas, Jeremy Smith, Victoria Smith both of Calgary & 2 Grandchildren. Survived by his siblings Diane (Doug) and Patricia. Predeceased by his father Gerald Smith, brother Jay Smith and sister Sharon Smith. The family would like to extend special thanks to the palliative care team at Saint Elizabeth. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be received on Saturday February 8th, 2014 from 1-4pm at the Moose Lodge 1300 (35 Charterhouse Cres, London).
