Obituary of Ellen Gene Harper (Hinds)

Unexpectedly, with family by her side, at University Hospital, Saturday, June 6, 2015 Ellen passed away in her 60th year. Loving wife of Derrick, daughter of Evelyn & the late Allen Hinds and daughter-in-law of Eleanor & the late Henry Harper. Cherished mother of Tracy Morton (Stone), Wayne Morton (Melissa), Chris Morton (Cathy) & Cullen Harper and grandmother of Alanna, Amanda, Gavin, Brendan, Jeanelle, Jacob, Madison, Tiana, Jessica & Cara. Dear sister of Dorothy Cornell, Ronnie Hinds (Gayle), Pat Keller (Murray), the late David Hinds (Pam), Carol Stevens (Bob), Evelyn Biddle (Bill) & Steve Hinds (Collette). Dear sister-in-law of Dan Harper (Joyce). Ellen will be remembered by many nieces & nephews. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Logan Chapel on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Gary Fess officiating.
