Obituary of Efstratios (Steve) Papavasiliou

Surrounded by his family at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Monday, December 1st, 2003 Efstratios (Steve) Papavasiliou of London in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Spyridoula Papavasiliou. Dear father of Nana and husband Hose Font of Florida, Helen and her husband Frank Damias of London, Paul and his wife Theoni Papavasiliou and Jim and his wife Helen Papavasiliou all of Detroit; and predeceased by on son Gus. Loved by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and predeceased by one grandson Konstantinos. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1114 Richmond St. N., on Thursday, December 4th, 2003 at 1 p.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
