Obituary of Eleanor Hornick
Peacefully, on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Parkwood Institute, Eleanor Elizabeth Hornick passed away at the age of 95.
Loving mother of Gertrude Hornick and Bonnie Janssens both of London. Dear grandmother of Teresa Janssens (Jeff Perkins) of London. Great grandmother of Jeffery Perkins and Christopher Perkins both of London. Eleanor will be fondly remembered by her step-children. Predeceased by her husband Ronald Hornick, 11 siblings and her parents.
Eleanor’s life and legacy will continue to grow in her granddaughter and great-grandsons.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Parkwood Institute for all their care and support.
Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., London, Ontario (1 block east of Egerton), on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 from 12-1 p.m.
Funeral Service will follow in the Evans Chapel at 1:00 p.m.
Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London, Ontario.
Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, London Humane Society or Ronald McDonald House London, would be appreciated by the family.
