Obituary of Kevin Woolsey
WOOLSEY, Kevin Patrick
September 25, 1986 - January 10, 2020
Following an unexpected medical event, we are devastated to announce the passing of Kevin Woolsey at Victoria Hospital on January 10, 2020.
Kevin was an especially kind and thoughtful person. Despite facing many challenges, he was always a compassionate friend, son and brother. Kevin graduated from the Fanshawe College Developmental Service Worker program and applied his natural empathy to help anyone in need. He valued fairness and actively advocated for people who did not have the ability to speak for themselves. We are very proud of all he accomplished and the man he became. Kevin enjoyed playing guitar, following the Oilers, quoting Seinfeld episodes and experimenting in the kitchen.
He will be forever loved by his parents, Karen and John, best bud and sister Danielle, and his dear Aunt Vickie. He will be greatly missed by his Grandpa Fred, Aunt Pat and Uncle Roy, Aunt Anna and Uncle Frank, and several cousins. He will also be missed by all his friends in Parkhill. Special thanks to our neighbours and friends for sharing their fond memories of Kevin. Finally, a tribute to Dr. Azizul Haque and Krista for their kind support and for helping guide Kevin for the last several years.
A memorial service to celebrate Kevin's life will be held at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 1pm with family and friends welcome to visit beforehand between 12pm and 1pm. Cremation has taken place.
