Peacefully, with family by his side on Monday, June 12, 2017 at L.H.S.C., Victoria Hospital, Peter Fritz Bertrams passed away at the age of 74. Dear son of Ilse Bertrams and the late Hubert Bertrams. Dearest Soul Mate to Zinny Saumweber. Cherished step father of Vicky, Mark (Ilan) and Joanne (Frank). Precious grandfather (Opa) to Vincent, Alexandra, Ren, Sebastian and Charlie. Loving Papa to his feline children Gift & Magic. Dear friend of Vince, Jim, Gary and Chuck. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff of L.H.S.C., Victoria Hospital for all their care and support. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Peter's Life will be held at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, Ontario (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Saturday, June 17th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with a time of visiting and fellowship to follow.
