It was with great sadness that I heard of my dear friend, Marg Dinsmore' s passing. We had been friends since 1963 when we met in ICU at the Vic. It was Marg who introduced me to the Canadian way of life with harvest suppers, harness racing and trips to Kincardine and Lake Huron. From that time on we were firm friends. She came to my wedding in Ottawa and then visited us in Scotland twice. Marg was an extremely kind and inspirational woman who truly was 'the salt of the earth' I shall miss her.
