Obituary of Gordon Langer

Peacefully in his 86th year at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital surrounded by his family. Loving husband of 60 years to Shirley (Sherman) Langer of London and devoted father to Ron Langer, Mark Langer and Susan Kelly and predeceased by Karen Langer. Dear “Zaidy” to Sophia Kelly-Langer. Brother of Bernie and Ryna Langer, Mike Langer, and the late Pearl, Harvey and the late Anna Langer, the late Morris and Rose Langer and Jeanne and Frank Reingold, brother-in-law to Helen Sherman and the late Phil, the late George and Ruth Sherman. Mourned by nieces and nephews including Pearl Langer, Bing Siang Gan on London. His kind and gentle nature will be missed by his family and friends. Gordon was born in Toronto and moved to Chatham in 1945. He was president of Chatham Home Equipment from 1946 to 1978 following his retirement he moved to London in 1987. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Funeral service will be held at Mount Hope Chapel Marian Villa, 268 Grosvenor St., London on Friday November 21st, 2003 at 3 P.M. Interment Or Shalom Cemetery. Services:
