Peacefully at his residence surrounded by his family on Saturday, April 25, 2009, Panagiote (Peter) Protopapas of London in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Tina Protopapas. Dear father of Les and his wife Sheila Protopapas of Waterloo and Sophia and her husband Gary Field of Strathroy. Loved Papau of Andrew, Grace and Helen. Dear brother of Mary of Greece and predeceased by 2 brothers John and Dimitris. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Monday, April 27th, 2009 from 6 -9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W. on Tuesday, April 28th, 2009 at 1 p.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery. Prayers will be held in the chapel Monday evening at 8 p.m. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to Palliative Care - University Hospital or the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
