Obituary of Lillian Margaret Bestward

Peacefully surrounded by her family at L.H.S.C. University Hospital on Saturday, March 14, 2009, Lillian Margaret (McElrea) Bestward of London, in her 67th year. Beloved wife of Lloyd Bestward of London. Dear mother of Edward Bestward of Strathroy and mother-in-law of Wendy Bestward of Midland. Loved by one grandson Brad and his wife Jodie Bestward-Caniparoli of Strathroy and one great-grandson Colten. Dear sister of Albert McElrea of Dorchester and Winnifred and her husband Ron Budden of Stratford. Survived by nieces and nephews. Will be dearly missed by her two dogs Breena & Shelley. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Monday and Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held in the chapel on Margaret’s 67th birthday, on Wednesday, March 18th, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Arthur Cholmondley officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Donations to London Regional Cancer Center or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
