Dear Family: I did not know you to my recollection but I have felt so honored to get to know some of my Greek family the past few years. My father was James Gus Buzianis. He passed away almost 35 years ago. His parents, my Buzianis grandparents were deceased before I was born. The older I get the more I feel my Greek Heritage as a part of who I am. I just loved reading this obituary and how it spoke of a man who was respected, a hard worker, and of his love of family and friend. Condolences to all who had the pleasure to know and love this man during his life. God Bless. Love - Pamela

Please accept my sympathy upon the death of Mr. Gettas. He volunteered so much at the Hellenic Community Centre and even though I was a waiter there 27 years ago I remember all our conversations; How happy he was with his children, teaching me about the Greek Philosopher Diogenes' encounter with Alexander the Great in Ionia and his service with the Royal Hellenic Army with distinction fighting against the communist rebels' attempt to dismember Greece. He always said to me that because of patriots giving their lives that there is one Greece because Η ΜΑΚΕΔΟΝΙΑ ΗΤΩ ΕΛΛΑΣ Γεωργο. Αιωνια η μνημη Μπαρμπα Γιαννη.
