Dear Lorna: I was deeply saddened to read, this morning, of the death of your dear husband, a highly respected colleague of mine for over four decades. Ralph's contributions to our school, to the university, to our hospitals and to organizations representing and supporting dentistry have been nothing short of magnificent. He will be sorely missed. I have made a contribution, in memory of and in tribute to Ralph, to St. Joseph's Hospice.
