Obituary of Philip Louis William "Phil" Auger

At Meadow Park Nursing Home, on Friday, November 15, 2013, Philip Auger of London, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Verna Marie Lillian Auger, nee Rosenberg (2012). Dear father of Wendy Scott and her husband David and Melanie Albers and partner José Rossi. Dear brother of Paul Auger of London, and Phyllis Schneider of Medicine Hat, Alberta, and brother-in-law to Keith Rosenberg of London. Cherished Papa of Stephanie and Kurtis Holmberg, Shawn Albers, Samantha Albers, and Brian and Jenny Miller. Great-grandfather to Caleb and Josiah Holmberg, and Joe Miller. Phil will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Franklin and Emma Auger. Phil served in the Canadian Armed Forces near the end of the Second World War. A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 2:30 pm.
