Obituary of Theresa Polatajko

Peacefully passed away at Mount Hope-St. Mary’s on April 12, 2012 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of Miroslaw Polatajko. Much loved Mother of Theresa (Ted) Hryshko, Elsa (Jack) Polatajko-Lobos, Helene (Pete (2011)) Polatajko-Howell. Loving Grandmother to Myron, Anna-Theresa, Alexander, John-Paul, Peter, Alison, Lesley, and Fraser. Great-Grandmother of Sam, Piper, Charlotte, Daisy, Tate, Colston, Brooke, Sawyer, Madison, Andrew, Mackenzie, and Alexander. She will be sadly missed by her extended family and many friends. The family wishes to thank the staff on the 4th floor of Mount Hope St. Mary's for their excellent care. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at St. George Roman Catholic Church (1164 Commissioners Road West, London, ON) at 10:15 a.m. Interment to take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. LOGAN FUNERAL HOME has been entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
