Obituary of John Katranas

Peacefully at L.H.S.C. Victoria Hospital on Friday, April 24, 2009, John Katranas of London in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Theodora Katranas of London. Loving father of Voula & Nick Katranas both of London. Dear brother of Katrina & her husband Kosta Partalas of London & Fotini Katranas of Greece. Survived by nieces & nephews and predeceased by his loving parents Paraskevi & Nikolaos and a brother Taki. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Sunday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held, Monday, April 27, 2009 at 12 noon at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 133 Southdale Road W. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Prayers will be held in the chapel on Sunday evening at 8 p.m. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
