My deepest sympathies to the entire Marcus family. It was with great shock and sadness I saw in the paper that Martin has passed away. Martin (Bimbo) and I (Fish) were best of friends through much of public, and all of high school. Many fond memories of Lambton Street, in both halves of the duplex. A wonderful family, and I was able to stay a little connected over the years; annually as Gerry did my taxes for many years, and through Sara who was a faithful and long-time volunteer at CPRI. I am so sorry for your loss, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Peter Robinson

Esther, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. As you know I worked with Martin off and on over the last 35 years. He coached our son's and Daniel's hockey when they were teenagers. Martin was an amazing person and I know he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. I had the utmost respect for him as a lawyer and as a friend. The funeral service was beautiful and clearly from all those in attendance he was a very loved person.

Esther and family, Marty and I were so sorry to hear of Martin's passing. We have nothing but good memories of Martin. He was such a great person to have known. He's a part of our fondest memories of our parenting years in London, Ont. His dry wit and understated humor live on with us. You have our deepest sympathies. Much love, Marty and Kinny

I remember Martin as a smart, skillful and clean hockey player. He was easy to like and respect both on and off the ice. Although I haven't seen him for some time, I had always hoped our paths might cross again. It hurts to know they won't. Victor Fulcher

To Esther,Gerry,Terry & the entire Marcus family; As an ex-Londoner & very close friend of the Marcus family, today has been a very gut wrenching day for me. I have known the Marcus crew since the mid 1950's & spent a good deal of my childhood, Hebrew school days & high school years with the Marcus boys both at my parent's home & at Sarah & Archie's home. We had nothing but good times. My memories of Marty are very vivid in my mind. He was a happy go lucky kid growing up with an ever present smile on his face. He didn't change once he became an adult. He was still the same guy I knew as a kid - a good & kind man with that same smile on his face. He was a wonderful husband & a great Dad. Please accept my sincerest condolences on Marty's passing. - Sincerely, Pink Naftolin
