Obituary of James Wilson
Peacefully, with family by his side, at Victoria Hospital, on Thursday, October 10, 2013, Jim passed away in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Jessie (1999). Loving father of Jim Wilson Jr. (Kerri) of Edmonton, Susan (Paul) England & John Wilson all of London. Loved by 7 grandchildren Ben, Nicola (Kevin), Chris (Michelle), Jeff, Mike, Melanie & Callum and 4 great-grandchildren Tyler, Jordan, Brooklyn & Chloe. Predeceased by 2 sisters & 3 brothers in Scotland. Also survived by many nieces & nephews in Scotland.
Jim came to Canada in 1953 and enjoyed his many years working at GM Diesel.
Funeral service will be held at Dundas Street Centre United Church, 482 Dundas St., on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. (visitation from 12-1 pm in the church) with Rev. Keith Rameshwar officiating. Cremation to follow with interment in Oakland Cemetery, London.
Donations to Dundas Street Centre United Church or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
