Suddenly at home on Friday, August 27, 2004, John Walter Whitfield passed away in his 86th year. Predeceased by his wife Gladys (1991). Stepfather of June and her husband Robert Stallard of London. Dear Grandfather of Cathy (Michael) Wilkins, Steve (Bonnie) Stallard, Terry (Patty) Stallard. Great grandfather of John, Craig and Eric Wilkins and Travis, Tamara and Emily Stallard, all of London. Brother of Grace Murphy (Jim) of London, Bob Whitfield (Joyce) of Atlanta, Georgia, Elsie Morretti of London, England, Marion Murphy (Jim) of London and Don Whitfield (Margaret) of London. Father of Walter Whitfield, grandfather of John, Rob, Brad and Frank Whitfield. Cremation and interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
