Sharon & family: My family has had the honour of knowing your Mom for the past few years. Our Mom became axquainted with Lois at Extendicare, so we often had occasion to visit with her or to invite Lois to Mom's birthday celebrations. Lois was a true party girl & always loved to trade barbs with my brother Brian who is an incorrigible tease. We enjoyed spending time with you, Lois & Lloyd at the barbecue in June. Lois always spoke proudly of her family,& especially loved showing pictures of them to visitors. Cassandra held a special place in Lois's heart as only a granddaughter can. Not so long ago I took my young granddaughters in to see Lois & she enjoyed interacting with them. My prayers are with all of you as you mourn the loss of a strong, loving woman who rarely if ever complained. She will remain in my heart as an example of courage as she embraced each day with joy (& usually earrings that matched her outfits!) God Bless...sincerely, Evelyn O'Brien, June Legg (Extendicare) & family.

I have visited with Lois many times over the years. I belong to WOTM #1147. (Moose Lodge) Each Christmas I have been taking plants, poinsetta's and the last few years it was cookies. I also know Lois through the London & District Stroke Recovery Association. I could see she was failing the last few years. She was at Extendicare for a long time. God Bless
