Obituary of Slavko (Stan) Zarkovich

Peacefully at LHSC- University Hospital on Friday, December 27, 2013 Slavko (Stan) Zarkovich born on February 29, 1924 at Glina,Yugoslavia. Predeceased by his parents Bozica & Djuro Zarkovich and brothers Duscan, Bosko, Stevan, Mile, Ranko, Pero and Nikola and sisters Milka and Danica. Beloved husband of the late Dragica Zarkovich (2009). Loving father of Milka, Boja, Stevan (Sheila) and Mike Zarkovich and grandfather of Stephanie, Andrew and Seth Zarkovich. Dear uncle of Nada, Rada, Boja, Duscan and Donna. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.) on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with prayers in the chapel at 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held Monday, December 30, 2013 at 10 am. at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 5567 Wonderland Rd. S. with Father Vasa Peiovici and Father Dobrica Obradovic officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church.
