At University Hospital, LHSC, on Friday May 14, 2004. Matthew R. “Matt” Smith, of London, in his 24th year. Beloved son of Carol and Michael Smith and Dear brother of Chris Smith, all of London. Loved by all his Family & Friends. A Private Memorial Service will he held at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St., (between Colborne & Waterloo St.) on Wednesday May 19, 2004.
