Obituary of Stamata Giannoulis

Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at University Hospital, Stamata Giannoulis in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Basile (Bill) Giannoulis (2000). Loving mother of Cathy and her husband George Nikolopoulos and Jim Giannoulis and his wife Virginia, both of London. Loving grandmother of Ellen (Andy) Armeniakos, Niki (Stratos) Diavolitsis, Christopher, Billy, George and 4 great- granddaughters Stavroula, Katerina, Athena and Emily. Dear sister of Georgia (George) Salesiotis. Predeceased by 5 sisters and 4 brothers. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. Prayers will be held in the chapel at 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W. on Thursday, October 4th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
