Obituary of Stavroula (Stella) Havaris

Peacefully at L.H.S.C. University Hospital with her family by her side, on Monday, July 30, 2012, Stavroula (Stella) Havaris of London in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Stavros Havaris (2007).Dear mother of Dino & his wife Jennifer Havaris of London and grandmother of Nikolas Stavros Havaris. Survived by many nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews and loving Godmother to many. Predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Friends will be received at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne) on Thursday from 1 – 3 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W. on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. with Father Elias Drossos officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Prayers will be held in the chapel on Thursday evening at 8 p.m. Friends who wish may make memorial donations to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
