Obituary of Jesse Kuiack-Clermont

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jesse Kuiack-Clermont at LHSC, Victoria Hospital on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at the age of 42.

Beloved son of Jacqueline & Elie Clermont. Loving brother of Ely (Cam) Clermont, John Paul (Rachelle) Clermont-Belanger and Emmett Kuiack. Predeceased by his biological father Dave Kuiack. Dear uncle of Shaylynne. Greatly missed by his extended family members Sadie and Michael. Forever in the hearts of his many friends.

Jesse will be fondly remembered as always being the life of the party with a passion for music.

Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road, London, Ontario (1 block east of Egerton), on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 2-4 p.m.

A time of eulogies and sharing of memories will take place in the Evans Chapel at 3:00 p.m.

Cremation to follow the time of visiting.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to Project Home-St.Leonard’s Society in memory of Jesse.
