Obituary of Deborah Ann Dodds

After a brief illness, at Victoria Hospital, on February 9, 2024, Deborah Dodds, nee May, passed away at the age of 71.  She will be deeply missed by her husband of nearly 50 years, George Dodds.  Deborah was an amazing mother to Tara (Marlon) Wuytenburg and Grace (Matthew) Jay, and daughter to Ella May.  Grandma will always be in the hearts of the “loves of her life”, Georgie, Elliott, and Marigold.  Her trusted dog Rocky will miss her companionship.  Deborah was predeceased by her father William May and brother Darrell May.

She was a creative spirit who spent countless hours in the garden, delighting her family with delicious meals, or crafting intricate crochet projects and stained glass.

Friends and family will be received at the Logan Funeral Home,  371 Dundas St., on Thursday, February 15, from 1-3 pm.  A Celebration of her life will be held this summer, per Deb’s wishes.
