Obituary of Marion Isabelle Heywood

Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 28^th, 2024, at LHSC University Hospital at the age of 74.

Loving daughter of the late Clifford Heywood and the late Helen Heywood (née McRae). Dear sister of the late Margaret Martin (née Heywood). Cherished aunt of Craig Martin (Tu Nguyen). Forever in the hearts of her many friends.

Marion took great care of her home, she loved doing crafts, taking walks in her neighborhood, spending one on one time with her friends and caregivers along with going to restaurants and shopping. Marion will be fondly remembered for being “mama” to her three cats, Snowy, Sara and Sunshine.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff of Community Living London, Dissing Crescent location, for all their care and support.

Visitation will take place at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, Ontario (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from 10-11 a.m.

Funeral service will follow in the Logan Chapel at 11:00 a.m.

Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London, Ontario.

Those who wish may make memorial donations to Community Living London in memory of Marion.
