Obituary of William John Homer "Jack" "Bill" Rohrer
Unexpectedly, after a short illness, on Thursday, November 24, 2016, Mr. Rohrer passed away in his 89th year. Loving partner of Vel for 16 years and predeceased by his wife of 28 years Ann Rohrer (Tippett). Loving father of Pamela, Heather, William Jr., Bobby & Marlene. Lovingly remembered by 10 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Charlie & Ann Rohrer and brother Jerry.
Mr. Rohrer was a life member of A.N.A.F. Imperial #229 (60 years), R.C.N.A., Canadian Corps of London. He was also a longtime member of the Eagles Club, R.C.L. Duchess of Kent #263, Loyal Order of the Moose, KVAC Heritage Unit, ran the Poppy Fund of London for 25 years & was a 35 year member.
Visitation will be held in the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 2-3pm. A service under the auspices of the R.C.N.A. will be held Sunday at 2pm in the Evans Chapel. Funeral service will follow in the Evans Chapel at 3:00 p.m.
