Obituary of Irene Catherine (Williams) Simpson

At University Hospital, London, on Saturday, August 10, 2024, Irene Catherine (Williams) Simpson (née Robinson) passed away in her 98th year. Irene is predeceased by her husbands Douglas James Williams (1988) & Clifford Gerald Simpson (2016). Loving Mother of Lynne Foell (late Denny), Carol Williams, Donna Dragutesco-Ament & Sam D’Ariano (Frank). Cherished Grandmother to Jef, Tracy, Jessie, Nathan, Alex, David & Michael. Adored Great-Grandmother of Cheyenne, Haely, Logan, Alexandra, Carson, Taylor, Audrey & Néomie. Predeceased by her siblings Gordon (Lavina), Ted (June), Jean (Herb) & in-laws Bob (Ellen) & Marg (Harry). Irene will also be missed by extended family members. The family wishes to thank all the staff of McGarrell Place for their kindness and support. 

 

Visitation will be held at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St., London, Ontario (between Colborne & Waterloo St.), on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Funeral service will follow in the Logan Chapel at 12:00 p.m.
