Obituary of Yannis "John" Frattas

Unexpectedly, on August 16, 2024, Yannis “John” Frattas passed away at the age of 80. 

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 45 years, Anna Frattas, and by his beloved daughters Katerina Frattas (James White) of Toronto, and Evelyn Psalloudakis (her daughter Eleni) of Greece.  John leaves behind his sister Maria Frattas (Jack), nephew Frank, niece Anita (Mark), his in laws Nick (Paradisa) Pahos, Diane (Kosta) Kantzoglou, nephews Dimitris and Feevos, niece Sotiria (Stergos) and a large extended family in Canada and Greece. 

John was always the life of the party and his family hopes that legacy lives in the memories he made. 

A visitation will be held at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Road West on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 10am-12pm followed by a Funeral Service.

Interment Woodland Cemetery.
