Suddenly at University Hospital on Sunday, October 23, 2016, Patricia "Patti" Jeffery of London in her 51st year. Beloved wife of Bradley Wilcox. Cherished mother of Kelly Wilcox & Christopher Sherrard, and Meagan Wilcox and Sophia Sarantakos. Loving grandmother of Hadley. Dear Sister of Bill and his wife Tammy. Loving aunt of Daniel (Ashleigh) and Justin. Patti will be sadly missed by many family and friends. A special thank you to the staff on the 5th Floor Cardiac Unit of Victoria Hospital.
