Fahie (née Van Arenthals), Tanny Marie
After a 9 month battle with pancreatic cancer, peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, Tanny Fahie passed away in her 66th year. Cherished mother of Kainan. Loving daughter of Gladys (Alex) Boyes and predeceased by her father Marien. Sister of Terry (Janet) Van Arenthals.
Tanny will be remembered by her boyfriend of 21 years, Steve Hughes, her giant 20lb black cat Sampson, and her three girlfriends, Lisa, Nancy, and Connie. Tanny will forever be in the hearts of many extended family members.
Anybody who knew Tanny, knew her as a very independent, resilient and stubborn person. She enjoyed walking through the city, watching her daily TV programs, and reading a book, while observing the happenings of downtown London from her apartment balcony.
Cremation has taken place.
