Peacefully, surrounded by family, at L.H.S.C., Victoria Campus, on Friday, May 8, 2015, Douglas "Bud" Murrell, of London, in his 86th year. Beloved husband & special friend of Shirley Allen. Cherished father & step-father of Gina Halliday, Kathy Ullyatt, Debbie (Dave) Novakowski, Jackie (Levi) Mailett, Mike (Lesley) Allen & Leslie Allen all of London. Loving grandfather & great-grandfather of Jamie-Lyn, Becky, Pamela, Paula, Paige, Kiersten, & 7 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Barbie Gibbs of Gouliais Bay. Predeceased by his grandson Alexander "Sandy". Bud will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family & friends. Funeral Service will be held from the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hr prior. Interment to follow in Dorchester Union Cemetery.
