Obituary of Betty Barker
Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 in her 94th year.
Dear mother of Joyce & Bert (Sandra). Grandmother of Jim, Kathy, Penny (Linda), Lisa, Jeff (Erin) and Michael (Deanna). Great-grandmother of Robert (Tonya), Nicole, Olivia, Jayden, Anissa, Katie, Jared, Noah, Liam, Klaire and Emily. Great-great grandmother of Abby. Dear sister of Mill and Bertha and their families. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Predeceased by her husband Albert and her sons Stan (Marilyn) and Bob.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to LHIN, the supporting staff at VON and Dr. Michael Tancio for all their care and support.
Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., London, Ontario (1 block east of Egerton), on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Evans Chapel on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation being held one hour prior to time of the funeral service.
Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario.
Donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
