Obituary of Betty Louise Doan

Peacefully, at Glendale Crossing on Friday, May15, 2015, Betty Louise Doan passed away in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon "Russ" Doan. Cherished mother of Paul (Sheila) of London, Ann (Alan) of Stratford and the late Douglas. Loving grandmother and great grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Marie Champ of London, John (Ruth) Morgan of Toronto, Bill (Jean) Morgan of Paris and the late Ed Morgan. Betty was a longtime devoted member of Hyatt Ave. United Church and a longtime devoted member of the UCW at Hyatt Ave. United Church. A memorial will held from the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hr prior. A private family inurnment will held in Woodland Cemetery at a later date. Friends who wish to make donations are asked to consider the Children’s Wish Foundation.
