Obituary of Robert "Bob" Arrand

Arrand, Robert "Bob" (Baldy) Peacefully, on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Parkwood Veterans Hospital, Robert "Bob" Arrand passed away at the age of 96. Beloved husband of 74 years to Dorothy Arrand (née Harding). Loving Dad of Carol (Tom) Tyler, Bob Jr. (Faith) Arrand and Brenda (Daryl) Davidson. Dear grandpa of Andrea (Nick), Kimberly (Shawn), Sandra (Todd), Craig (Kyla) and Cassandra (Steven). Great-grandpa of Lincoln, Phoenix, Kane, Violet, Everson, Isla and Jacob. Fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the doctors and nurses of the third floor veterans unit at Parkwood Veterans Hospital for all their care and support. Bob loved to bowl five pin and fishing at the Key River, he took great pride in his work and even laid the corner stone for Parkwood Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Bob’s life will take place at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road, London, Ontario (1 block east of Egerton), on Saturday, November 5, 2022, from 1-3 p.m. Those who wish may make memorial donations to Parkinson Canada or Parkwood Institute, veterans unit in memory of Bob.
