I would like to offer my sympathies to your family. Uncle Bob was a very special person. Whenever I travelled to London I would make a point to go see Aunt Shirley and Uncle Bob. We were always welcome with open arms in their home and in the later years would go to see Uncle Bob. He had a fantastic sense of humour and a very kind heart. I will miss my visits with him.

To Melvin, Wayne and Brenda and your families. Karl and I offer our deepest condolences on the loss of your father, grandfather and great-grandfather. We are saddened by his passing and our hearts go out to all of you as we know how much you loved him AND how much he loved all of you. To us he is "Uncle Bob" and our memories of him and your mom will always remain dear in our hearts. We always felt welcome in their home. They always greeted our family from Saskatchewan with open arms and generous hospitality. Uncle Bob's stories were so fun and interesting and he told them with such enthusiasm and great humor. He told us stories that link our families. Through him we have become closer to your family and I cherish you all as my cousins. May God bless you all as you grieve his loss. Know that he brought joy to so many people and loved so freely. We will forever hold him in our hearts. Your mom, my mom Rose and all the Thomas sisters and brothers, will have greeted him into his heavenly home. From there, they will all watch and protect us until we meet them in heaven. Take care my dear cousins.
