Obituary of John "Bernie" Carter

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bernie Carter, surrounded by his family on April 28, 2016 at the age of 60. Much loved by his wife Carol of 37 years, best dad ever to Randy (Jodie) and Roxanne, and Papa to Coral. Survived by his mother Florence (Vince), brothers Bill (Marilyn), Mike (Brenda), Jim (Sheila), Gerry (Sherry), Reg (Jennifer), sister Maryann (Maurice), brother in law Brian, mother in law Clara, sisters in law Diane and Sandy (Chris), and brother in law Dave (Terri). Bernie was very special to several nieces, nephews, a large extended family, many friends and chums. Predeceased by his father Russell, sister Bonnie, infant brother Gerry, father in law Jack and his brother in law Bruce. Friends and family will be received on Monday, May 2, 2016, at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamlton Rd. (1 block East of Egerton), from 10- 11 am. Funeral Service at 11 am, in the Evans Chapel.
