Obituary of Scott Bradley Hornby

On Tuesday, April 9, 2013, Scott passed away in his 49th year. Loving husband of Vicki (Susan) Chrissley and step-father of D.J. Chrissley and Amanda Chrissley (Jim Sanders). "Grandpa" of Colten. Dear brother of Kim (Brian) Eberle and uncle to Brent and Brandon all of Calgary. Beloved son of the late Audrey and Don Hornby. Also survived by aunts Barbara Wright and Marion Rodney, uncle Gary Smith and their families. Scott had an exceptional 30 year truck driver record and will forever be remembered as an avid Nascar fan and proud Leafs fan. Friends will be received at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., (1 block east of Egerton St.) on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. and Friday from 10-11 a.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Evans Chapel on Friday, April 12th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
