Obituary of Elizabeth Doris Leckie

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital with family by her side on Sunday, December 23rd, 2012, Elizabeth Doris Leckie in her 83rd year. Loving wife of Ian Leckie for 65 years. Cherished mother of Linda (Robert) Lizmore, Judith (Dennis) McLeod and Ian (Tanya) Leckie. Special grandmother of Jon, Lesley, David, Christina, Phillip & Curtis and great-grandmother of Cole, Sean, Tristan & Natalie. Dear Sister of Gloria Schneider. Predeceased by her brothers Garnett & Bill. Elizabeth will be missed by her family and friends. Friends will be received at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd., (1 block east of Egerton St.) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Evans Chapel on Friday, December 28th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
