Obituary of Charles H. "Charlie" Barrett

Peacefully, in his 57th year, at Parkwood Hospital, on Tuesday, August 11, 2009. “A Heart of Gold Stopped Beating, Two Shining Hazel Eyes at Rest” Charlie will always be A Beloved “Pal” to his “Kid” Cathy (Princkowski) Ostrander of 22 special years. Dear son of the late June (February 2009) & Thomas (May 1985). Father of Christopher, grandfather of Julian, Matthew, Colton and great-grandfather of Aidan. He will be remembered by his brothers, Tom, Bob, John, Jim, Doug, Peter; sisters, Betty, Kathy, Judy, Nancy, their spouses & their families. Also remembered by his many great neighbors and friends. Charlie will be missed by his pet talking budgie “Bonkers”. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Charlie’s Life will be held at a later date.
