Obituary of Charles A. "Chuck" Bason

Suddenly, at his home in Thedford, on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, Charles Alfies “Chuck” Bason, formerly of London, in his 77th year. Loving husband of Ferne (Campbell). Son of the late Samuel & Mabel Bason. Dear brother of Elvin Bason. Beloved brother-in-law of Peter & his wife Joan Campbell and their family. He will be missed by his feline friends Benny & Ginger. Chuck worked for many years for the Board of Education. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted in the Evans Chapel on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Dr. David McKane, of First St. Andrews United Church, officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
